MediomTerms of Use
Your account
You must be 13 or older (or the minimum age in your country) to hold a MEDIOM account. You are responsible for everything posted from your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person, one account — accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
Community rules
When you post a comment or any other content you agree not to post: hate speech or slurs; harassment, threats, or bullying; sexually explicit material; graphic violence; content that sexualises minors; illegal content or links to pirated material; spam, scams, or advertising; impersonation of another person; or anyone's private information. Comments are screened automatically before publication, and anything matching our filter is blocked or held for review.
Reporting and blocking
Every comment has a ⋮ menu with Report and Block. Reporting sends the content to our moderators and removes it from your feed immediately. Blocking a user hides all of their comments from you instantly and notifies us of the content that prompted it. You can review and undo blocks in Profile → Blocked users.
Enforcement
We review every report and act within 24 hours. Content that breaks these rules is removed, and the account that posted it is suspended or permanently ejected. Suspended accounts cannot post. We may also remove content or suspend accounts where the law requires it.
Content and licence
MEDIOM grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream the catalogue for private, non-commercial viewing. You may not record, redistribute, or publicly perform it. Catalogue availability varies by territory and may change. All trademarks and titles belong to their respective owners.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your store account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, with or without notice where the violation is severe.

قوانین و مقررات
حساب کاربری شما
برای داشتن حساب مدیوم باید حداقل ۱۳ سال (یا حداقل سن قانونی کشور خود) داشته باشید. شما مسئول تمام مطالبی هستید که از حساب شما منتشر می‌شود و باید اطلاعات ورود خود را محافظت کنید. هر شخص فقط یک حساب — حساب‌ها قابل اشتراک‌گذاری، فروش یا انتقال نیستند.
قوانین انجمن
با انتشار دیدگاه یا هر محتوای دیگر می‌پذیرید که این موارد را منتشر نکنید: سخنان نفرت‌پراکنانه و توهین؛ آزار، تهدید یا قلدری؛ محتوای مستهجن؛ خشونت تصویری؛ محتوایی که کودکان را موضوع جنسی قرار دهد؛ محتوای غیرقانونی یا لینک به نسخه‌های غیرمجاز؛ هرزنامه، کلاهبرداری یا تبلیغات؛ جعل هویت دیگران؛ یا اطلاعات خصوصی افراد. دیدگاه‌ها پیش از انتشار به‌طور خودکار بررسی می‌شوند و موارد منطبق با فیلتر ما مسدود یا برای بازبینی نگه داشته می‌شوند.
گزارش و مسدودسازی
هر دیدگاه یک منوی ⋮ با گزینه‌های گزارش و مسدودسازی دارد. گزارش، محتوا را برای بازبینان ما ارسال می‌کند و بلافاصله آن را از فهرست شما حذف می‌کند. مسدود کردن یک کاربر فوراً همه دیدگاه‌های او را از دید شما پنهان کرده و محتوای مربوطه را به ما اطلاع می‌دهد. مسدودشده‌ها را می‌توانید در پروفایل ← کاربران مسدودشده مدیریت کنید.
اجرای قوانین
ما هر گزارش را بررسی کرده و ظرف ۲۴ ساعت اقدام می‌کنیم. محتوای ناقض این قوانین حذف و حساب منتشرکننده معلق یا برای همیشه مسدود می‌شود. حساب‌های معلق امکان انتشار دیدگاه ندارند. در مواردی که قانون ایجاب کند نیز ممکن است محتوا را حذف یا حساب‌ها را معلق کنیم.
محتوا و مجوز
مدیوم مجوزی شخصی، غیرقابل انتقال و قابل ابطال برای تماشای خصوصی و غیرتجاری محتوا به شما می‌دهد. ضبط، بازنشر یا نمایش عمومی محتوا مجاز نیست. دسترسی به محتوا بسته به منطقه متفاوت است و ممکن است تغییر کند. تمامی نشان‌های تجاری و عناوین متعلق به صاحبان آن‌هاست.
اشتراک‌ها
اشتراک‌های خریداری‌شده از اپ‌استور یا گوگل‌پلی به‌صورت خودکار تمدید می‌شوند مگر آن‌که حداقل ۲۴ ساعت پیش از پایان دوره لغو شوند. مدیریت یا لغو از طریق تنظیمات حساب فروشگاه انجام می‌شود؛ حذف برنامه اشتراک را لغو نمی‌کند.
خاتمه
در هر زمان می‌توانید حساب خود را از پروفایل ← حساب کاربری حذف کنید. ما می‌توانیم حسابی را که این شرایط را نقض کند، در موارد شدید حتی بدون اطلاع قبلی، معلق یا حذف کنیم.
