About this policy

This policy explains what information Mediom (the mediom.app website and the Android, iOS and TV apps) collects, why and how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account data: email, username and password, and optionally first and last name, mobile number and avatar. Device data: a device identifier, device type and model, app version, time zone, IP address and last-access time — used to enforce the per-account device limit. Usage data: watch history and resume position, saved titles, likes, comments, and any reports or blocks you file. Purchases: plan, amount, order status and transaction reference (we never receive or store card details). Notifications: a push token for your device, if you enable notifications.

How we use it

To provide the service (sign-in, playback, resume, My List), activate and manage subscriptions, enforce device limits, show the catalogue available in your region, moderate comments and act on reports, send essential emails such as verification and password-reset codes, and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for targeted advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with these providers, and only as needed for their task: Apple App Store and Google Play (in-app purchases), our bank payment gateway (web payments), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications) and Amazon SES (email delivery). We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Your username and avatar are shown publicly next to comments you post.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account we erase your email, username, name, mobile number, avatar and password and sign out every device. Watch history, saved titles and comments stay attached to an anonymised account that can no longer be linked to you. Financial records may be kept for a limited period where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can edit your profile under Account, sign devices out, block users, and delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account on the website or in the app. To request a copy of your data or for any other request, contact support@mediom.app.

Children

Mediom is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Security

Traffic to the service is encrypted with HTTPS and access to personal data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.

این سیاست توضیح می‌دهد مدیوم (وب‌سایت mediom.app و اپلیکیشن‌های اندروید، iOS و تلویزیون) چه اطلاعاتی را جمع‌آوری می‌کند، چرا و چگونه از آن استفاده می‌کند و شما چه اختیاراتی دارید.

اطلاعاتی که جمع‌آوری می‌کنیم

اطلاعات حساب: ایمیل، نام کاربری و رمز عبور، و در صورت تمایل نام، نام خانوادگی، شماره موبایل و تصویر پروفایل. اطلاعات دستگاه: شناسه دستگاه، نوع و مدل دستگاه، نسخه برنامه، منطقه زمانی، نشانی IP و زمان آخرین دسترسی — برای مدیریت تعداد دستگاه‌های هر حساب. اطلاعات استفاده: تاریخچه و نقطه توقف تماشا، عناوین نشان‌شده، پسندها، دیدگاه‌ها و گزارش‌ها یا مسدودسازی‌هایی که ثبت می‌کنید. خرید: طرح اشتراک، مبلغ، وضعیت سفارش و شناسه تراکنش (اطلاعات کارت بانکی را ما دریافت یا ذخیره نمی‌کنیم). اعلان‌ها: توکن اعلان دستگاه، در صورتی که اعلان‌ها را فعال کنید.

نحوه استفاده

برای ارائه سرویس (ورود، پخش، ادامه تماشا، لیست من)، فعال‌سازی و مدیریت اشتراک، محدود کردن تعداد دستگاه‌ها، نمایش محتوای متناسب با منطقه شما، بازبینی دیدگاه‌ها و رسیدگی به گزارش‌ها، ارسال ایمیل‌های ضروری مانند کد تأیید و بازیابی رمز، و پیشگیری از سوءاستفاده. ما اطلاعات شما را برای تبلیغات هدفمند استفاده نمی‌کنیم.

اشتراک‌گذاری با دیگران

ما اطلاعات شخصی شما را نمی‌فروشیم. تنها با این ارائه‌دهندگان و فقط به اندازه لازم برای انجام کارشان به اشتراک گذاشته می‌شود: اپ‌استور اپل و گوگل‌پلی (پرداخت درون‌برنامه‌ای)، درگاه پرداخت بانکی (پرداخت‌های وب)، Firebase Cloud Messaging گوگل (ارسال اعلان) و Amazon SES (ارسال ایمیل). همچنین در صورت الزام قانونی ممکن است اطلاعات افشا شود. نام کاربری و تصویر پروفایل شما در کنار دیدگاه‌هایتان برای دیگران نمایش داده می‌شود.

نگهداری اطلاعات

اطلاعات حساب تا زمانی که حساب فعال است نگهداری می‌شود. با حذف حساب، ایمیل، نام کاربری، نام، شماره موبایل، تصویر پروفایل و رمز عبور شما پاک و همه دستگاه‌ها از حساب خارج می‌شوند. تاریخچه تماشا، نشان‌شده‌ها و دیدگاه‌ها به یک حساب بی‌نام متصل می‌مانند که دیگر به شما قابل انتساب نیست. سوابق مالی ممکن است طبق الزامات قانونی مدت محدودی نگهداری شود.

اختیارات شما

می‌توانید اطلاعات پروفایل را در «حساب کاربری» ویرایش کنید، دستگاه‌ها را از حساب خارج کنید، کاربران را مسدود کنید و حساب خود را هر زمان از «حساب کاربری ← حذف حساب» در وب‌سایت یا اپلیکیشن حذف کنید. برای دریافت نسخه‌ای از اطلاعات یا هر درخواست دیگر با support@mediom.app تماس بگیرید.

کودکان

مدیوم برای افراد کمتر از ۱۳ سال (یا حداقل سن قانونی کشور شما) طراحی نشده است و آگاهانه از آنان اطلاعات جمع‌آوری نمی‌کنیم.

امنیت

ارتباط با سرویس از طریق HTTPS رمزنگاری می‌شود و دسترسی به اطلاعات شخصی محدود است. هیچ سیستمی کاملاً ایمن نیست؛ از رمز عبور قوی و منحصربه‌فرد استفاده کنید.
